PC Urban Burbank

OPUS completed the exterior and interior renovations of two existing warehouses for PC Urban for a combined 111,000 SF of light industrial space in Calgary's Manchester Industrial area. OPUS was hired as the construction manager to take the drawings from tender to construction to close out. The development is comprised of 24 bays, each with 4,640 SF of space and 18 ft clear ceiling heights. Renovations include a modernized façade with architectural accent features, new doors and windows, individualized entry portals, a consistent signage program as well as exterior lighting upgrades. The project began construction in July 2018 and was completed in May 2019. OPUS also worked closely with the owner by providing estimates for condo sales and tenant buildout costs so they could offer current tenants, new businesses and investors an opportunity to purchase one of the very few commercial condo conversions in the City of Calgary.
